Church's Texas Chicken

I went in 3pm Sunday cashier were rude I asked her were was her name tag she said she didn't need one arguing back and forth with me not professional at all

I know everybody likes what they like but churches chicken will forever be my favorite chicken. Especially when they make it like this location fresh bread, fresh chicken fresh everything just perfect like they need an award.

Ordered Fresh Chicken and they refried the chicken and it's hard as a rock. Just left there. Fresh Chicken is suppose to be light and Crispy. Not dark and hard. Come on y'all Get it together. It's not what I'm use to.

This place likes to charge different prices depending on who's working and if u simply want just a small mashed potatoes with Gravy on the side it's the smallest scoop of potatoes and they wanna charge over 5 bucks for that alone cuz I like enough gravy for the whole tiny scoop 🤣 I'm sorry but they should not even get 1 start this is one of my favorite places to eat but this location and management is ridiculous 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

I went in at 8:30 pm. They were closing . I didn't realize it til I ordered fries. They were out. We ordered 2 3 piece Non Spicy chicken. 3 biscuits. When we got home to eat. The chicken was. Dried oily and spicy. I couldn't return them because it was closed. I couldn't call because there is no phone number. I want a refund or a credit. 1 ❤️ CRISPY CHRISTEY

I went in to purchase lunch for my staff. They do such a wonderful job. I consistently get compliments on their customer service. In fact, we are 4.7 out of 5 stars at my organization.
So I walk in this Churchs and instantly hear the cashier being a little rude to the lady standing at the register. No smiles from anyone when they look at you, from the front counter to the back area. You can feel attitudes in the air. They act like you owe them something. Like they don't like their jobs. Like, hurry up and buy and get out my face. The person in front of me in the line was treated rudely. My experience was borderline rude. When I approached the register, He didn't greet me. He just stood there. Looking at me, quiet, waiting for me to say something, I guess. That's customer service 101. To greet your customer. I stood there as well at that point. I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order. It was like, he really didn't want to.

This was terrible burnt my food didn't care burnt it again very rude in use old chicken

I come here often as i live close by and there’s a gas station attached which is convenient and let me just say this churches establishment is just sad. They never have spicy chicken available, quite literally never. Rude workers and overall disgrace to the churches name

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would ! Staff was VERY and unprofessional. I’m proud of myself for keeping my cool with how disrespectful they were!!! The girl taking orders Maaria had an attitude to take orders. I asked for white gravy upon ordering and I also wanted a barbecue sauce. Told her I didn’t mind the extra charge. She charged me for it. Once I got my food I checked for it and did not see it and I let her know. She stated they didn’t have white gravy. So WHY CHARGE ME FOR IT? I asked her did they have honey she stated yes gave me 3. I asked for 3 more since they didn’t have gravy and the “Manager” William that’s what he said his name was. Said we don’t have honey. I said Maaria said yall do. He said she already gave you 3. Mind you I paid extra for gravy I didn’t receive. Then I went to get a drink. The customer ahead stated there was no ice in the machine out loud. Then a RANDOM man that was standing in line told the man “give me your cup, I’ll go get ice. He walks to the back where they were and brings that customer ice. So we assume he was a supervisor over Maaria and “Willam”. When it was my turn to get ice the machine was still empty and Maaria got a attitude and pointed at “William the supposedly manager “saying “HE’S GETTING IT” ! I got upset and asked for manager. William stated “I’m the manager” I told him I want to speak with whoever is over him. He told me to call the number on the receipt that they didn’t give me because Maaria was throwing everyone receipt in the trash without asking if they needed it! I will never come back! And I still want to speak with whoever is over the “manager WILLIAM” ! He REFUSED to give me cooperate number. Told me to call the number on the receipt. I told him that was the store number not supervisor. I made it all the way to work and notice my order WAS wrong. I drove all the way back and the girl told me I should’ve checked the bag before I left. She also said I didn’t order what I told the manager I ordered. I told him it’s LITERALLY ON THE RECEIPT! They both started smiling in my face as if it was a joke! They also got another customer order wrong and proceeded to argue with him until another customer in line told them to just refund our money!

I am so upset because they gave me spicy. I got the 10 piece family meal just paid $23 and it is spicy.
