There's no reason that I can't get chicken an HOUR before closing! It's 6:40 they choose at 7:40..... they only have tenders. Not because they ran out of chicken, oh no that would be OK. Yet while i was trying to order there were baskets of chicken being pulled out of the grease right before my eyes. I asked but what about that chicken? He replied it'll be gone. I then asked, how do you know? He replied we counted. This is so unacceptable. A whole HOUR before closing, really!

I will never return. I told the manager the mac n cheese did not have any noodles and only large clumps of cheese and Mush. Instead of having customer service and exchanging my side order he aggressively said no and would not exchange my side. I would vomit if I attempted to eat this mess. The rest of my food was cold. Complete waste of money. Dirty and disgusting place

I went in at 8:30 pm. They were closing . I didn't realize it til I ordered fries. They were out. We ordered 2 3 piece Non Spicy chicken. 3 biscuits. When we got home to eat. The chicken was. Dried oily and spicy. I couldn't return them because it was closed. I couldn't call because there is no phone number. I want a refund or a credit. 1 ❤️ CRISPY CHRISTEY

I see now why they don't post their phone number..I JUST left the drive through and when I got home.. they had given me the OLDEST DRYEST HALF BURN CHICKEN in Houston..even the rice was HOURS OLD..$20 worth of GARBAGE..They should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!.I wanted to bring it back ..but I was TOO ANGRY ?.. This place used to be a no for me because of the service and food quality.Now it's moved up to 'ok now ' . I will definitely be back for an occasional lunch or drive thru on my trips around Sugarland, Texas .The food was on par the dining area was tiny and the service (Even at Lunchtime) was swift .Come on by they definitely deserve a second chance.
