This place used to be a no for me because of the service and food quality.Now it's moved up to 'ok now ' . I will definitely be back for an occasional lunch or drive thru on my trips around Sugarland, Texas .The food was on par the dining area was tiny and the service (Even at Lunchtime) was swift .Come on by they definitely deserve a second chance.

This is the worst Churches Chicken Restaurant I have ever been to!!! They are always out of chicken no matter which kind you order. you will have to wait 20 to 30 minutes before the chicken is ready. The soda fountain machine is never working. Be sure to check your order before you leave the drive-through because they almost never get it right! I really like the taste of churches chicken, but this one near my home sucks!

My experience at this Church's was not great at all. When I was placing my order, the rep was duplicated one item, added an extra of another and it was two of us ordering, yet she kept asking if we were paying separate after repeating we were paying together. The experience was slightly redeemed by the senior rep who stepped on to work on our order and even then she only gave us part of our order when they called us up.
