Stopped at KFC, ordered a four piece with a large Mash. Requested two thighs a leg and a breast. She repeats it back to me. Order comes up, I don't check it but I asked the cashier you made sure that this is right she says yes. I get back to my sons dance competition, proceed to eat my food. Order an 8 piece bucket to share with my family. We bit into cold, greasy, floury or sandy textured chicken. Flour, batter, or grease got stuck to gums and throat... Got a soar throat, itchy feeling. Threw that chicken out.

When asked about what pieces are ‘dark meat’ the employee at 7:20pm on 3/5/24 said ‘don’t worry about it’ and when asked for a specific piece, the request was entirely ignored.TO ADD TO THAT, the chicken is rotten, and there’s no doubt that it’s failing health requirements. Had to throw it all away after realizing.BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD.Seriously, don’t make the mistake I did.I’ll update soon if the manager or the Texas DSHS get back to me
