I had the same experience with the lady in the drive thru as several others who have commented. She was hard to understand. I was trying to be patient and polite, but when I got to the window, she was rude and condescending. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else. They don't deserve my money. Is Chick-fil-A the only fast-food restaurant that understands that the key to success is friendly, courteous service? Apparently so.

I went to the drive thru, and I took my time to look at the menu before. When I came to order, the lady was being rude and had an attitude when taking my order: It was hard to understand her sometimes just because she was speaking so fast. She kept on rushing me, and she then got upset when i asked her to repeat herself. Overall. It was an unpleasant experience. I ended up driving off and went somewhere else. There shouldn’t be someone like her taking order or dealing with customer service.

Drive thru lady needs to improve her attitude. We took our time to order and communicate with her, but all I got back was her rushing us to order. For the part that they didn't have certain items available at the time, I didn't mind that.Sorry, her attitude was the biggest red flag.

When asked about what pieces are ‘dark meat’ the employee at 7:20pm on 3/5/24 said ‘don’t worry about it’ and when asked for a specific piece, the request was entirely ignored.TO ADD TO THAT, the chicken is rotten, and there’s no doubt that it’s failing health requirements. Had to throw it all away after realizing.BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD.Seriously, don’t make the mistake I did.I’ll update soon if the manager or the Texas DSHS get back to me

Stopped at KFC, ordered a four piece with a large Mash. Requested two thighs a leg and a breast. She repeats it back to me. Order comes up, I don't check it but I asked the cashier you made sure that this is right she says yes. I get back to my sons dance competition, proceed to eat my food. Not only did they give me old chicken they gave me the wrong chicken. Feel like this was intentional; how do you repeat an order back to me twice and still ring it up wrong? The person that took this order is definitely not someone I would have representing my brand.

Order an 8 piece bucket to share with my family. We bit into cold, greasy, floury or sandy textured chicken. Flour, batter, or grease got stuck to gums and throat... Got a soar throat, itchy feeling. Threw that chicken out.

Went to this location and i asked politely to the person whatever their gender is, that i came for a pick up, he mumbled with an attitude and just left, opened the chicken box and it was soggy and disgusting, and old, Do Not Come Here!!!! And just because it was lunch time of not that cashier would’ve catch a case with me, Stay away from this location
