It was my first time to Five Guys. I went because of the BOGO special they had for today. Ordering was easy online. I entered the time I would like to pickup my order. I knew it would be busy. I walked to the counter mark Pick Up. The manager greeted me and then asked for my name. She smiled and repeated my name like yes we have it ready. She handed me my order and thanked me. Then mention where to get ketchup. I had to go back and tell her how well everything was going even...
The restaurant was very clean. Food was good and fast. Service was great. There was a lady - didn’t catch her name - that seemed to be in charge and you could tell she took pride in making sure everything was done right.
The restaurant is very clean! The food never disappoints. We shared a hotdog and a little cheeseburger (which means it’s a single patty - but still plenty) all stacked to perfection. You can snack on peanuts while you wait. Tasty stuff! Self serve soda fountain. Plenty of ketchup and btw the fries are the BEST. Fried to perfection.
