I teach a pop up ballet class in the Sugar Land Tx area each Saturday morning and I'm always on the look out for fresh and healthy choices for my lunch. I prefer To-Go because I can get home relax and then work in my office comfortably. I love trying new places so my first impression is EVERLASTING. Based on reviews, McAlister's Deli offers great food and service, with everything being delicious and correct. The sweet tea pass is a favorite, especially for a southern girl. However, the restaurant is always way too cold, making food cold before the second bite. For pickup, there is a system issue where if an item is out, none of the order gets prepared. Also, "Curbside pickup" at this location requires going inside to the counter. The Chicken tortilla soup was not what was expected but was OK. Management is extremely apologetic, understanding, and amazing at fixing issues. A supervisor named Maria Soto provided amazing customer service.
