I ordered my birthday cookie since I was already in the parking lot. I placed it for curbside since my baby was asleep. Sarah came out to let me know that they were out of the cookie I ordered and that she could write me an iou to pick one up the next day. I let her know that I didn't want to go back, since it would be out of my way. She went above and beyond in getting me a different dessert and giving me $5 coupons for future use. She was awesome. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I had a big issue in the past but this was definitely 5 star service this time.Kid-friendliness: They have games for kids (or adults) to play.

Very disappointed, the cashier was on his phone while taking my order, ( inappropriate, foul language video ) had to get his attention a couple of times and of course got my order wrong.

Chef salad comes cucumber and tomatoes there were none.On my other they did not put anything I ask for. The cashier said I had to buy my Ceasar salad buy it self because it did not go with the choose 2 meal.

Used to be a real good place to eat at all times but the past 2 times I’ve been was around 8:30 and they close at 9. They were pushy to get us to leave and they locked the doors at 5-10 minute till close. They last time I went my sons cheese pizza wasn’t even cooked. My suggestion is to go during lunch time or just go to Sugar Land McAlisters on University Blvd. always friendly and serve you even at 8:59pm.

I used to love ordering here but lately they seemed under staffed and chaotic. Everything looks unorganized and mobile orders are always coming out 10-15 late at lunch. They couldn’t find my order AGAIN today and was told I needed to show email confirmation. I purchased through the mobile app as usual and have never received a confirmation email. Showing the manager my mobile app on my phone I guess wasn’t good enough. Turns out my order was just sitting there getting cold again. From ordering the app to picking up my food was almost 38 minutes.
