Upper management needs to step in and take over these little teenagers running the place… seriously these kids are in high school or maybe early college and they don’t know what the hell they’re doing…. Our order was wrong and it took the staff 10 minutes to find the female manager who could’ve given a crap about anything. I thought the gentleman that bought the Houston franchise was going to make good improvements, still waiting to see those improvements.

Fuddruckers serves great-tasting burgers made to order, ensuring they're juicy and not dried out. The topping bar is fresh, and the fries are tasty. While the order time can be slow due to limited staff, the cashiers are friendly and attentive. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. Menu items like chicken wings are also a hit. Despite some inconsistencies with availability of certain items, the staff's friendly service makes up for it. Overall, Fuddruckers is a great spot for a satisfying meal.
