The service was unpleasant and felt like we didn't even exist. Waiter rushed us to take out order and was rude. She never came back to fill drinks and didn't even cash us out. She ignores us on several occasions when trying to get her attention. I had toraise my voice sonshe would come over. Once we got our food we told them the omelette was not correct twice and they didn't even offer to take it off the ticket or offer any discount. This is a horrible IHOP. We felt unwanted and will not be back.This was the night manager and waitress this Thursday April 19.

I gave the food a 1 star but I never got to taste the food, we were the only ones there we place our order after about 30 minutes we asked our waitress if it was going to be much longer, well the cook was having a problem with another customer so they weren't even starting to prepare our food so we paid for our coffee and left, by the way when we walked in we were the only people there, the customer that was having a problem idk where did he come from

We came at 5p.m. and the place was disgusting! There were at least 5 unbused tables in each section that one could tell the uneaten food had been sitting there for hours. We left! It was too dirty to be a random Thurs night!!

Tried to get a receipt to input on my app for points after visit..since i get a MILLION emails from IHop wanting me to use it and waitress said she could not give me a paper receipt so no way to get credit on app?? Waitress got mad and was rushing me when i asked questions..WILL DELETE APP AND EAT A FIRST WATCH GOING FORWARD

We just left and was waiting for over 35 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. It was free pancake day I get it but no one came to say anything or give us a time frame or even apologize. We had our 2 grandkids that were looking forward to pancakes. We had to leave because it was getting late and the kids had school. Completely ridiculous.
