My stay was excellent. Of course there were some bumps along the road like my TV streaming services didn't work the first night but the staff showed empathy, great customer service and a willingness to remedy the situation. I especially want to shout out Maria who was in charge of the cleaning staff who was very pleasant, Camilla at the front desk who went above and beyond and the lady who makes the coffee in the morning (I didn't catch her name). I had a amazing experience here I've been here for work a couple of times and I love it great rooms and even better staff they were some minor things like the internet isn't the fastest but it's ok because the staff is just super nice to me every time

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks for work and I absolutely loved the hospitality that was provided by the front desk Linda! She made my stay as comfortable and pleasant as it could be! Had a few small issues during my long stay but everyone did their part in accommodating me! Great hotel!
