I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks for work and I absolutely loved the hospitality that was provided by the front desk Linda! She made my stay as comfortable and pleasant as it could be! Had a few small issues during my long stay but everyone did their part in accommodating me! Great hotel!

Overall good customer service, comfy clean rooms and close proximity to shops and restaurants.

My stay was excellent. Of course there were some bumps along the road like my TV streaming services didn't work the first night but the staff showed empathy, great customer service and a willingness to remedy the situation. I especially want to shout out Maria who was in charge of the cleaning staff who was very pleasant, Camilla at the front desk who went above and beyond and the lady who makes the coffee in the morning (I didn't catch her name). When you have staff that know how to respond and make someone feel better when any issue arises you know you have assets. Especially Camilla who thoughtful enough to inform me of valuable information prior to changing my room like the difference between the noise levels from the rooms facing the highway and not. It helped me keep the kids sleep through the night. These people are total assets. The room sizes were perfect. I had the executive suite. The rooms also were clean and the beds must've been comfortable because I had no trouble sleeping. The Wi-Fi is shaky and goes down sometimes but I can't stress it enough. The staff are so pleasant it wasn't a big sticking point for me.

Bistro bar is what Marriott usually calls their lobby bars. The food is great and there is usually a good ambience. Great place too kick back if you don't want to leave the hotel.

Courtney Taylor is a sort of friend of ours and Court's Yard is world famous and rightly so. This is not that, nor have we been here with her. We are a huge fan of Courtyard locations and we've stayed up most of the ones in Texas, I'd say more than 50% of them at least, and this one is pretty good. Nice views and service was okay and it's clean enough. Definitely not too bad. I guess my main problem with it is that there are better and fancier locations, especially up in Dallas, but that's not much of a complaint, and but we do still love it and we will be having more future stays here, no real issues and we will definitely stay here again in future. We sleep over at a hotel maybe once a week so there's plenty of opportunity to give them a try.

By far the worst experience i ever had in my entire life . This is not a marriott this doesnt even look like a motel 6 . I booked suite and i swear to you if my great grand father was alive he wouldnt even stay at this place . The room had a smell like some thing died in the room years ago and had been locked since then and they were just waiting for me to arrive , i dont care about decor much but when it comes to comfort the bed had spring that drill on your spine and shoulders , the spring noise , towels smelt really musty . Tv was placed on the small desk 28 inch , the red dreaded looking old carpets were stained and the sofa chair had a big Ol stain that a blind man cant miss , seriously !! I was so furious asked for a room change , the lady in front was sweet (Jasmin) helped me out . They were out of so called suites as there were only 4 on the property . I asked for a regular room and it was nothing different then the other room . I checked in at 2 am sunday morning . I had no energy to go look for a different room with my wife and a very sleepy 4 year old . I had to settle this time . Please beware do not stay here unless it goes through a major renovation .. please do not call this a Marriott , it is a disgrace.

I travel a lot for work, and stay at Marriott properties whenever possible. I have stayed at this Courtyard location in the past, and and each time it feels like the management is cutting more and more services. Last night, The Bistro (which is kind of a Courtyard trademark) was not opened because the hotel occupancy was below a certain level. WHAT? I must say that the staff is always great, and are always to helpful within the limitations imposed by management. I also know that this property is a franchise, and may have more leniency in maintaining Marriott standards, but they are truly cheapening the Marriott brand by their nickel and dime practices at this hotel. The rooms are clean but are definitely dated, and in need if freshening. A mini-fridge in each room would be a good start. Also, the internet is slow and unreliable. I've given this property multiple opportunities to redeem themselves over this past year, but each stay seems that one more service is reduced or removed. I will be finding another lodging option when I'm in this area again.

Ok gang. Did NOT expect to post a review of the Courtyard Bistro. Hopefully when you come here you'll have Kimberly as the bartender. She makes an OUTSTANDING black cherry Old Fashioned. The fact that they use a bing cherry is testament to their commitment to a great Old Fashioned. I paired it (x3) with the chicken & bacon quesadillas. Lucky me. .

Terrible service seems to be the theme with Marriott properties owned by the franchise Interstate Hotels. Platinum member with preferences in account and was assigned a 1st floor room right across from the bar/restaurant where there was constant noise. Possibly the worst room to put someone in. Got switched out of that room and realized they had an even worse one for me - next to and across from an elevator and ice machine. LOL. Platinum or not, this is terrible service by their check-in staff. Later that night I requested some items to be brought up to the room and 35 min later nothing. I called down and the girl I spoke with apparently left her shift and didn't think it was important to follow through, so the next shift person I spoke with said maybe she was just busy and couldn't get to it. LOL. Rooms are out dated and the bedside electrical outlets don't hold a charging brick securely - it tilts out unless you duct tape it on. And finally, while the shower pressure is excellent - nice powerful stream, the water is all out of balance and externally slimy feeling on your skin and hair. It feels like you are leaving conditioner on your hair no matter how much you rinse. Location is good with all the nice restaurants around town, but the parking lot does not feel safe/secure. Never again with this Fake Courtyard Marriott by Interstate Hotels.
