I ordered a honey bbq chicken sandwich and 3 piece combo. It was drenched to the point of the bread being soaked and the chicken pieces soggy. Disgusting 🤢 it’s sad cause I grew up loving it but how they served it was terrible.

I have been to kfcs all over the united states. From long Island to los angels and this is the worst food ive had. The worst. 0/10 will not be back.

Today I attempted to dine in at location only to pack my food up and leave. Artemio took my order. He was was friendly and did good. The one I have an issue with is AMY from the moment I picked up order from counter, she was rude.She had a bunch of napkins with a fork, ketchup packet some else too.
I thought these napkins were for customer, I was not to touch them. I couldn't believe she talked to me that way. I sat back in the corner so couldn't see the counter but I could tell by diners expressions that was being rude. Even the FedEx guy said she was rude.
I think this matter needs to addressed by managers. Not a good experience.

Why is that manager still working there? She has the NASTIEST ATTITUDE EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you don’t like your job you do not need to be working here. Chicken is dry and unseasoned all the time. Do better.

I went thru the drive-thru and felt rushed when giving my order even though I knew what I was going to order. Then the woman called me sir! At the window the guy repeated my order and it was wrong. I was starting to get upset at this point. When I paid and received my order, I drove off but realized he didn't give me the receipt. When I got home, they had left out the mac n cheese I ordered. The chicken was fried hard- not the normal tender and juicy that's expected of kfc. I'm perplexed because it wasn't busy...no cars in the drive-thru and only 3 cars parked out front. With the prices of everything going up, it's a luxury for me to take my granddaughters out to eat. Real customer service doesn't cost anything. All you need is to have a little pride in what you do. If a patron is polite and giving positive energy then they should receive that in return. Needless to say, I won't be visiting that particular establishment any time soon or at all.

I went through the drive-thru on the night of August 6th, and the employee at the window had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely rude, zero professionalism. People like her shouldn’t be working in customer service — she should be fired.
