This is the most convenient KFC for my commute, however it turns into the inconvenient as soon as I walk in. Again, no dark meat unless you wait 25 minutes. It's 8:20PM. In addition, they're unable to refund or cancel an online order, so here goes to taking time out of my day tomorrow to call KFC for a refund. COMPLETE JOKE OF A LOCATION!!!

Alaba was so great!! Literally 5 star service from her. She was so sweet and an absolute angle. She even offered to donate and was so sweet about it! We got to get so many coupons from it too! Was not expecting that :D

Says they close at 10:30 but cut everything off at 10:00!!!!! Don’t say you’re still open and service food at 10:30 if you’re going to shut everything off at 10:00!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Change the closing time!!!

We moved here in July of 2024 and this KFC location has been very inconsistent. Different prices at different times for the same meal. And no it’s not a Happy Hour special. We would understand that. We’ve experienced different personalities and service has been roller past of sorts. Although I speak another language, Spanish isn’t it and one specific employee has become very irritated when our communication is off. Now this is ALWAYS through the drive through. Today we met the GM and she mentioned that the price we’ve been given for the last 6 months is not supposed to be a ‘BUTTON’ employee utilize. Not sure why there POS system has an active button that shouldn’t be used. Nevertheless she honored the original price on today’s visit but when we made it home the order was wrong. Wrong sides & original chicken but tasted like it had been sitting there. I haven’t made a negative review in a while but when things go left sometimes you just have to speak up. There are too many Fast Food Options out here for restaurants to underserve their customers in 2025. Consistency is what should happen with a major chain like this. Please get things in order. And I thank you in advance.

The chicken was soggy when I picked it up five minutes after receiving the notification. The $5 bowl appeared to have been sitting out for several hours. The service was extremely rude. I made sure to express my gratitude, but I did not receive any acknowledgment in return. The employee did not even make eye contact with me, acting as if I was invisible.

I always order the same thing everything, so I know the exact price. The same cashier on 2 different occasions at this location has tried to charge me $1 more than my total. On both occasions, when I confronted her, she changed the amount due to what the actual cost should be.

I went into the drive through and ordered a 3 piece tender combo, I left without checking the bag and once I realized they gave me a 2 piece regular chicken combo I returned to get my order fixed. The person inside told me I had to wait as other customers ordered even though they made a mistake. This confrontation has caused me to never return to any kfc business and give them my money. Elijah helped fix this situation and the other ladies stood there watching him struggle even though there wasn’t any drive through orders. Many customers were waiting because they did not want to help him
