I recently visited Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar, and it was a great experience! Natalie and all the staff treated me really well, making sure I felt taken care of. I tried the buffalo cauliflower, and it was absolutely delicious! And I had to try the butter cake for dessert—it was amazing! Overall, I highly recommend Lazy Dog for tasty food and awesome service!

We usually like their food but today we ordered queso dip among other things to go and when we opened the queso at home, it was curdled. I called the restaurant and explained the issue. The response I got was “Oh, okay, I’ll let the to-go team know” with no offer to somehow rectify the issue. I asked if I can get a refund just for the queso (everything else was good) as we can’t eat it and it’s not cheap ($13.50), I was sent to the manager line. I was on hold for a while and gave up. I understand there can be issues with food but there was basically no attempt to help resolve it so food quality control and service seem to be lacking.

The Manager came right over to 3S gave us some free tips for it being our first time the atmosphere and the service was quick atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely be returning.

I was skeptical about it at first because all I had heard was about the glorified TV dinners…and I have a gluten allergy. But then friends wanted to go, so I said sure, worst case I will get a salad. And then I was introduced to the BACON CANDY! OMG! 😳 and on top of that, they have a pretty significant gluten free menu too! Well all allergens labeled. Lazy dog has become a special treat place for my wife and I.

my family and I have been here a couple of times for brunch, and I just have to say the customer service is unmatched. one of our dishes got messed up (we had some dietary restrictions at the table) and the manager and server went above and beyond to take care of us. we will absolutely be back, great service really makes a difference!!

First time visiting this restaurant, but unfortunately, I will not return to this one or any of this particular establishment based on first impressions. Looks nice walking from outside. Food smells good once you walk in the restaurant. Service and the food were subpar. I ordered street corn on tots for an appetizer, the corn was burned, and the fish seemed like store bought beer battered fish instead of freshly fried. I got a drink from the bar that was good. The ambiance and bar got the 3 stars from me. Based on what I ordered, the bill and overall experience don't see a reason for a return trip.
