Real Authentic Dim Sum place, everything that we ordered were all good and tasty. Freshly roasted duck was the best and service was also great!

I love the food here, not only the dim sum, they also have other yummy foods, like lobster, sea cucumber hotpot, sweet and sour pork chops, pan fried flat noodles. The service there was nice.

New Palace is always packed and for good reason. The food is delicious. The portions are generous, and the staff are efficient and friendly. Although there are always a lot of patrons, I have never felt hurried. We are a party of 2 and we have always been seated quickly.

Food is good but the service was subpar. Whole table was out of water asked for more water no one comes back to refill. I’d understand if they’re busy but the servers were walking around to pick up tabs off different tables but don’t have time to service the guest. I guess if you’re coming in a big party they charge gratitude so they don’t care? I’m not sure.

I’ll start with the cons, which there aren’t too many. The air conditioner was quite powerful so I did have to have my light jacket on and the room was quite loud as there was a big event going on in the room next door. The food was incredible. It definitely tasted fresh and came out quickly. All of your classic dim sum dishes were available to order. I particularly liked the fried taro dumpling (wu gok). It was crispy on the outside and flavorful inside

Great Dim Sum! Good selection (they also have items from regular menu). Good flavor of all things we ordered: rice rolls, chicken feet, Chinese broccoli, beef tripe soup and the baosFair prices. Would recommend for lunch!

Becoming a go-to establishment for Chinese food and a dim sum staple. Be sure to be clear on what you’re asking or wanting to try.
Save your self. Please trust me on this. Worst food in a Chinese restaurant I have had. Chef should be fired or shot. To the owner, go to any other place and compare your food. Buffet food is better. Did not take my food leftovers would not eat this again.

The koi on the outside of the restaurant was the best thing about the place. As soon as you walk in, there's a bad smell. They didn't have half their menu, on a Friday night.. that shouldn't be the case.

Wait staff could not speak English enough to speak with. Only gave 3 of us one menu. I will say the food was good. The men’s room was so filthy though that the Health Department should close the place. Says a lot about the management of a place when they allow the restroom to be that filthy. Says THEY are filthy.
