I picked up my order, BLT when I got home there was No Tomato 🍅. Big disappointment! What is a BLT with out the T?

Be prepared for cold wings and terrible service.

They made us wait for almost two hours, we were 13 people and I understand that we were many, but before us passed 2-3 families of 5-8 people, are they really not able to serve 13 people? When in reality 5 were children, we spoke with the people in the lobby and they only told us that it was because of time, we asked to speak to the manager, we explained our discontent and the first thing he said was that 13 people were very difficult to serve at the time, in the end we just left the place

Every time I’ve dined here, the food has come out cold 🥶. They always fix it and are very nice about it, but I still feel bad about having to send it back.

I had a bad experience with my order & food being cold. I order the 10 wing combo (all drums) not flat & waffle fries. Plus my Mac & Cheese sticks. Very disappointed I wait for half a hour to received my wings cold & fries stale & cold. He said they will make it right when my wings no medium sauce on my wife & no gold rush flavor dried up wings! & they had the nerve to give me scraps & crumbs waffle fries. It was late & I was during my lunch at night. Very dissatisfied & did not enjoy my meal. Unbelievable.

I love coming here to the one in Stafford Texas, and the other location in Memorial city mall area texas. Here is a comment for y'all Stafford Pluckers, when the employee gives you the wrong food that you didn't order, I mean what's wrong with them in Stafford location? Bartenders on Thursday are so slow for serving a beer!! Guys are slow at serving beers Grade D - minus!!!! For bar area No Clean area to sit Grade F - minus. I think the Bar needs to a whole lot bigger. (Service 2 stars)

I just visited this place today a few hours I hit the wrong star I was completely satisfied
We were seated immediately and our waitress was very attentive. Food is always yummy, fried cheese was a bit warm and cheese wasn’t as fresh. But overall great experience
