Batter/breading is so soggy that it’s falling off when I dip the chicken in sauce. No crisp or crunch whatsoever. This is a common thing now especially with drive thru. Becoming unrecognizable when compared to canes 5-10 years ago.

I love the place and everything they offer is a nice place

Kid-friendliness: It's the perfect place to take the kids to eat.
