The service is always been slow. I don’t really blame them. It’s a busy place one day. I didn’t have all cash and I asked if I can just do have cash have credit. She sat there and stared at me for a good second saying nothing and then she says. “ we don’t do split payments 😒” in one of the ugliest tones we ended up just walking to Shipleys and getting more food than we would’ve got at sonic for the same price
My mobile order that I did on June 16 for dulles location. We were outside waiting for 15 minutes the 2 workers were ignoring us after we checked in there was no one else there and they were inside playing on their phone we finally went around
I place an order online the burger with bacon and when they bring me the order was without bacon they take like 25 min to 30 min to remade it I should get a refund and they should have better service fries was cold 😡
