This is the best location in the area. In all of Houston in my opinion. Food is hot and yummy. Service is friendly and quick.

I ordered bbq topped fries with rice, onions, extra spicy sauce, extra cheese and extra chicken, I didn’t get it and when I asked the lady about it she said they put it on there which didn’t cause I checked before leaving. The lady brought me a small bowl with barely no chicken in it, all I know is that I’m getting tired of eating places not giving the customers they money’s worth especially when they are paying for extra, I will not be coming back here anymore cause I’m taking my money somewhere else…

I ordered delivery and they made me an order that wasn’t even mine. I called and they said i couldnt get a refund and no one could deliver me the right order. The amount of unprofessionalism is astounding. Then they tried to blame it on the delivery driver when they were the ones who put my receipt on the wrong bag.

This was a great and accurate experience at TB! The staff were really efficient and kind and made my order to perfection! It was nice to have a properly filled food item bc a lot of other locations tend to underfill their items! I appreciated the great food and great service!
The Mexican workers only care about helping their own kind. I waited in line 15 minutes, some Mexican guy comes in, the lady asks him what his name is, never even asked mine after she saw me place the order on the kiosk to give me a drink, they gave that dude his order before me after I waited 15 minutes. I just left, I don't play that
