We just stopped in on the way home. It was just a few locals and tourists but a very pleasant experience on a beautiful fall day. They have wonderful bands scheduled. Great stop between Blanco and Stonewall.
Loved the live music out on the patio. Beautiful large oak tree providing the best shade. Bartenders were friendly. Vibes were great for hanging out with a cold beverage and some casual snacks!
Alberts bar is great! We also got food at Rex’s Creole Kitchen and it is terrible. One star. The cowboy burger was supposed to be 1/2 lb- it’s probably less than 1/4 and is the same size as the smash burger, which isn’t smashed. The “brisket” is less tender than beef jerky and the buns are burnt. This is insane for the prices. I couldn’t recommend the food truck less, but please check out the bar!
