We showed up with a group of 9 ladies 4 minutes before the food truck was closing. He still served us and the food was delicious! He went over and beyond with great service! The live music was great! The bar server was excellent as well. Even the customers were so friendly! We were on a bachelorette trip and we came from Louisiana.

Shut the front door! We took the road less traveled (1623) and found the best Boudin quesadilla. Who would expect this from a food truck in Albert Texas. The boudin sausage held tight with the soft white cheese, and topped with spicy crema. They casually serve a side salad that includes pickled onions to make your grandmother proud. It’s just delicious. Don’t miss this divot in the road.

Cheeseburger was moist and very good. No lettuce or tomatoes.They switched to waffle fries, not nearly as tasty as the last ones.
Service was walk up with separate bar and food trailer.Beer selection was good and cold .Food was ok.
