Had to wait 40 min just to get greeted. I gave my server the entire order right as I asked for water because I know how busy they can get. 30 minutes later and I still don't see my food, and no one is capable of refilling my drink. I asked the other 5 servers who were making eye contact with me if they could help me out, and they just said, "I'm not your server. I don't know who your server is. I went there for lunch. Food was ok..My problem is with the bill. First of all they didnt provide us the final bill. The waiter just told us the total and showed us the credit card machine to swipe. He didn't mention the tip was already taken and make us put extra tip on top of the 20 percent tip they already took. I called the store to get the refund for the extra tip since I felt cheated. They promised me they will refund in few days and I still havent received it.

Food was good and the vibe was nice, but one of the waitress was not the best nor attentive and it was annoying trying to get her attention multiple of times, and we had to ask others to help. Overall good food and the service could be better and hopefully she improves her serving skills and adjust her attitude.
