GEORGE Pina, knows customer service, and it's such a breath of fresh air to see that some people still care, and give quality customer service. “came on a friday night, no wait, SUPER yummy and fresh. you can order on the screen at the counter for convenience and the cashier is very helpful with any questions, made some modifications for us. little pricy but worth every penny. (veggie burger for me yum yum)“

“I overall loved the customer service, as soon as you enter the building your hit with positive energy from customers. Secondly the food is ALWAYS fresh every time I’ve went. The first time I’ve had shake shack was summer of last year after leaving sea world we were hungry and got shake shack and the time I bit in it was very fresh toppings and hot. Overall Great experience!!!“

“The Manager (Manuel) is very customer oriented. He greats us every time we come in and thanks us when we leave. He is alert to everything going on at the counter and makes sure the customers are treated right. We appreciate his outstanding service and love the food.“

“Came in early on a Monday. Staff was super friendly. I love the peanuts they have we could snack in before our food was ready. The restaurant was very clean!! Food was excellent we ordered small fries and it was enough for two or three people! I would come back!“

“It was a great day! I won FREE WENDY’s food for a whole year. I also spin the wheel and received a free Frosty with any purchase. Grand Re-opening was a huge success. “I only go to Whataburgers past midnight to 5 cause everywhere else is closed. Compared to the Sienna location, these guys are way better at those hours. The ac works more and is more comfortable, the food is faster and better quality, the service is good, and the dining room is always open whereas Sienna closes it sometimes.“

“I just had such a great experience at Jack in the Box thanks to John! He went above and beyond with his kindness and made sure our order was perfect. His service was definitely a 10 out of 10 — friendly, fast, and professional. It’s rare to get that kind of energy these days, and it really made our visit stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back (and keeping my loyalty to this “jack in the Box” 😂). Keep up the amazing work, John!“
