Rude and poor customer service giving me the wrong order on several occasions ignoring me waiting 15min while employees were on there phones and socializing
If I could I'd give this McDonald's a zero. I had the worst experience ever with the over night MANAGER. I was trying to use my app for $1 off large fries and the manager said he needed me to give him my phone so he can scan the reward. I use to work at this location a few years ago and we were never allowed to touch customers phone so I tell him he isn't allowed to have my phone so he closes the window.
