“Had a hankering for fried chicken and Popeyes was on the way. I couldn't decide if I wanted original or spicy breasts, and ordered two originals. Pulled up to the window and they asked if a 20 minute wait was okay. Turns out they had one original and one spicy ready right then, so that's what I got. It was what I shoulda ordered from the start.

We frequent this Popeyes location often since it’s close to the office, but today was a standout experience thanks to Maria. She absolutely nailed our order—everything was correct, from the food to the drinks, and she even made sure we had napkins and everything else we needed. This is the first time we’ve had such a seamless experience here, and Maria deserves all the credit.

She mentioned she had been out for two months due to a medical procedure, but you’d never know it by how efficiently and professionally she handled everything. “Im a truck driver from Dallas and I was in the area looking for something to eat and I ran across this restaurant near me. I read the reviews before I went and I was so disappointed in the reviews I literally called the restaurant to see what was going on with all the bad reviews. Needless to say no one answered the phone so I just went. I did not get the service from the reviews. My chicken was that blow on it cause it's to hot steam coming off the yard bird. Fries hot wings hot fresh and the ladies in there were nice friendly and helpful. So I didn't understand the bad reviews. I didn't have a bad experience so if I'm ever back near the location I'll definitely stop in again!“

“Good food, good service. Some customers are rude to the employees even if the store is shorthanded. Tonight me and the customer were greeted pleasantly by the night manager her name is also Maria. She said welcome to Popeyes we will be with you in a bit, I told her no problem l, she was busy on drive thru. The cashier came from the restroom and washed her hands and arms very well. The customer who came in when I did started yelling at the manager, she did Great us. He was being very rude and disrespectful, so if he did not hear her that's his problem. It's his fault for not paying attention for when she greeted us. The manager was very polite and super busy, I applaud and everyone that work their for dealing with rude and unappreciative customers. Thank you. Food was good. I was still their when he called and complained, so I am letting you know how it actually happened. Even the cook was trying to help as she was also busy cooking our food.“
