“My experience today was more than amazing when manager Lorena at store #12483 was on shift. Her customer service skills were fantastic and it wasn’t only her it was her whole staff working with her tonight. I also went when they were an hour before closing and all my food was still fresh and everything after I drove all the way home. Manager Lorena is an amazing manager and I believe she needs a raise or something because she will definitely be the reason this location stays open she is amazing and when she is there you can ensure your food will be fresh without asking.“

“The girl just gave me my food in a bag and walked away, the girl didn't ask if I needed condiments or anything. I had to stand there and wait until someone looked my way so I could get their attention and I think it was a manager and get plates, more napkins, sporks, honey, and ketchup. While the girl that gave me my food was still just in her conversation she just had to return to.“

“I like popeyes food, so I'm biased already. But this location doesn't mess up the food and the service, if you speak Spanish, is fast and friendly. With that said, I did notice their attitudes change from apathetic to omg he one of us when I ordered in Spanish. They even hooked me up.“

“Absolutely love this Popeyes store. Very clean and friendly people. Yes. You may come at a time when they’re very busy but I haven’t had a bad order or bad attitudes. Food can be cooked fresh to order but only if you have the patience to wait. Anastasia is by far a very friendly and helpful person thats willing to make sure you happy with your order. “The food should be good but it is not. It all tastes terrible. Biscuits have weird chemical taste. Beans are terrible and chicken is excessive with grease and bad flavor. I got there first thing. I was the first person there and had to wait 15-20 minutes after i ordered I had thought get there early would avert bad cooking flavors but evidently this place has bad flavor cooked in. I won't go to Popeyes again.“

“Came here to get the new FNAF collab meal and the food came out good. Such a random collab to have but it was fun to try it out.
One thing I will say is that the service could be better. My boyfriend and I had been standing by one of the registers for a few minutes waiting for our order to be taken and it seemed like the rest of the staff was too busy to help us. We ended up placing the order online, but if the drive thru/online orders are going to be prioritized more then maybe put up a notice on the front counter instead of letting people stand around for nothing.
I do not blame the part time staff who are clearly required to due multiple tasks and are overwhelmed with the work, this is an issue with management.“

“This location is good and the staff and managers there are awesome and the chicken is good and fresh and hot server right when u order and the atmosphere and parking lot is spacious enough for multiple cars i recommend coming to this popeyes.“

“The food was very good!! What I didn't like is that the cashier was tearing the receipts wrong and was claiming the points/rewards for herself. I forgot to use the app, so I ordered at the counter. When I remembered to claim my purchase on the app, the rewards code that is at the bottom of the receipts wasn't on there. I asked about it then she gave me the piece that was missing, she had several receipt pieces by the register, so I guess that she is doing it to all the customers. When I tried to add my purchase, I got an error message. I guess she took my reward points for herself. I looked for a phone number to try and speak with someone, but there's no number on the receipt.“

“I was worried about the 3.0 stars, but I was hungry and I stopped in at 730pm Dec 15th. 4 wings, red beans and a drink. All was super fresh and hot, and the biscuit was soft and fluffy (usually when I to another Popeyes they are hard). I give this ppace a 5 star! And as an added bonus the young Hispanic cashier stopped me before leaving and asked me if he could pray for me..I certainly said yes. He held my hand and 🙏 prayed. Great experience.“

“I just want to say this and I’m not trying to be funny. But I’ve been going to this location for appx a year and a half. Recently, within the past month, they have actually hired black people. I love everyone but it’s so hard to order from these chains when everyone there speaks little to no English. Which made the customer service awful. I’m so happy that there is a black lady manager there and she is Ssooooo awesome! That is the first time I’ve ever had great customer service at this location since she’s been there. My order has been correct each time. Which I’ve ordered 3 times in the past 30 days since she has been there. So thank you for having her!!!“

“I usually don't go to any restaurants that are connected to gas stations because of the stigma behind them. I ordered online for a Popeyes on the way home and didn't realize the location, but it's one of the best mistakes I've ever made!

This is the most seasoned Popeyes I've ever gotten in my life! It's so well-seasoned you can see it in the photos! This definitely changes my perception of gas station food. This will now be my go to location from now on.“

So yeah , as long as it's not like remotely close to closing time , you should have a decent experience.“
