“Updated review: 2 months ago I decided to stop going to this location. It's close to my job so I decided to give it another try and I was not disappointed. Great service and I enjoyed my Popeyes!! Way to go for the changes and new staff..

Employees not paying attention to orders, always getting ordera wrong. Employees on their phones.“

“The service was quick and friendly, and everything came out hot and freshly made. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.If you’re craving bold, satisfying comfort food, Popeyes is the place to go. Highly recommended! “The girl just gave me my food in a bag and walked away, the girl didn't ask if I needed condiments or anything. I had to stand there and wait until someone looked my way so I could get their attention and I think it was a manager and get plates, more napkins, sporks, honey, and ketchup. While the girl that gave me my food was still just in her conversation she just had to return to.“

“I like popeyes food, so I'm biased already. But this location doesn't mess up the food and the service, if you speak Spanish, is fast and friendly. With that said, I did notice their attitudes change from apathetic to omg he one of us when I ordered in Spanish. They even hooked me up.“

The tone of his voice is pleasant. If anyone has a bad day Andrea Lopez will make it better instantly.

“went to this location , and when i entered the store, i noticed the clean lobby and the restrooms was clean as well upon using the kiosk a team member ask if i needed any help ,,,also wanted to commend the Mgmt. IRIS on her outstanding service , willing to help customers , and also Tremaine he went above and beyond helping the front counter customer,, by the looks of it this location is a great place to eat and i definitely will be returning in the future“

“Came here to get the new FNAF collab meal and the food came out good. Such a random collab to have but it was fun to try it out.
One thing I will say is that the service could be better. My boyfriend and I had been standing by one of the registers for a few minutes waiting for our order to be taken and it seemed like the rest of the staff was too busy to help us. We ended up placing the order online, but if the drive thru/online orders are going to be prioritized more then maybe put up a notice on the front counter instead of letting people stand around for nothing.
I do not blame the part time staff who are clearly required to due multiple tasks and are overwhelmed with the work, this is an issue with management.“

“Ok first and foremost most how you treat your customers is just as important as the food your serving. Had the worst day and didn't feel like cooking. Decided to cheat. As soon as I walked in my spirits will lift it because I was greeted so pleasantly. I got to the counter made my order and there was an issue with my credit card. Cashier didn't get upset and let me step to the sude to figure it out. Look through my wallet and found a couple of dollars. “The food should be good but it is not. It all tastes terrible. Biscuits have weird chemical taste. Beans are terrible and chicken is excessive with grease and bad flavor. I got there first thing. I was the first person there and had to wait 15-20 minutes after i ordered I had thought get there early would avert bad cooking flavors but evidently this place has bad flavor cooked in. I won't go to Popeyes again.“

“They have lowest prices I’ve seen so far. A drum/leg, and thigh is $1.79 each. Their customer service could be better though. They are simply doing their job without a smile. Also, make sure to get a receipt since the receipt has coupons!“

“This location is good and the staff and managers there are awesome and the chicken is good and fresh and hot server right when u order and the atmosphere and parking lot is spacious enough for multiple cars i recommend coming to this popeyes.“

“The food was very good!! What I didn't like is that the cashier was tearing the receipts wrong and was claiming the points/rewards for herself. I forgot to use the app, so I ordered at the counter. When I remembered to claim my purchase on the app, the rewards code that is at the bottom of the receipts wasn't on there. I asked about it then she gave me the piece that was missing, she had several receipt pieces by the register, so I guess that she is doing it to all the customers. When I tried to add my purchase, I got an error message. I guess she took my reward points for herself. I looked for a phone number to try and speak with someone, but there's no number on the receipt.“

“Been coming to this location for years and it’s usually within the last hour of closing. So I’m used to this location not having all the items on the menu available at that time. But I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service of Andy who I met for the first time through the drive through. Very respectable and understanding when I was wanting something and they didn’t have available and had to call my wife to make alternate choices. “Not a problem”, “take your time”, “it’s okay”… many of the comments Andy made while making my order. “I was worried about the 3.0 stars, but I was hungry and I stopped in at 730pm Dec 15th. 4 wings, red beans and a drink. All was super fresh and hot, and the biscuit was soft and fluffy (usually when I to another Popeyes they are hard). I give this ppace a 5 star! And as an added bonus the young Hispanic cashier stopped me before leaving and asked me if he could pray for me..I certainly said yes. He held my hand and 🙏 prayed. Great experience.“
