Popeye's is expanding the menu, but not the price point. A nice tasting meal for under $10. More of this please. Shrimp Tackle box, 8 shrimp and fries (or red beans and rice) and money left over. Key thing is, money left over. A rarity in these hunger games.
The chicken is good over there, but the drive thru is slow. Plus, the long line blocks cars from leaving when they're ready to go. That's frustrating, but other than that, the chicken is good over there.

Great chicken, as usual. Only gave it 4 stars because on the flavored chicken wings the chefs only put a dash of sauce. Even when I shake up the box, it's not enough sauce for all of the wings. Other than that, still one of my favorite chicken spots.
