After ordering was asked to pull forward which I did, after waiting 4-5 minutes; employee comes out and hands me my order. After getting it, I asked for extra ketchup in which he says there’s already ketchup in the bag. Either way he was unprofessional of the request I kindly ask again for extra ketchup. He literally makes a face and comes back with 2 ketchups.When I placed the packets in the bag I noticed there weren’t any current packs of ketchup like he had mentioned.....read full review
This location has had issues for a while. Tonight, it took 10 minutes to receive my order, with multiple people behind me getting their orders way before me. After them asking my name multiple times and me repeating the order over and over.I finally got it and went home. Everything was wrong... wrong burger, wrong drink, and the onion rings were burned, and everything was cold. This was the last straw... never going back!

I pray this does not change. But I have not ever had a bad experience at Whataburger. The food is always delicious and hot and made just the way I like it. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I love me some Whataburger.
