Their app billing sucks, after i was refunded for the awful order i was delivered they charged me again and are too dumb to find it and can’t see it even when i provided screenshots showing being billed 2 days after I paid through the app! Sorry customer service and when you call you get some turd in India!!
I stopped by a Whataburger a few days ago and got a honey butter chicken biscuit. I loved it. This morning I decided to stop at another location to have another one. It was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. I was there at 6:30 so that biscuit had been under the heat lamp all night. I won’t go back anymore.
Let me start by saying that I am a huge fan of Whataburger. If you know me, you know I LOVE WHATABURGER, WYNONNA & BABY JESUS! Being someone from the great state of Texas who appreciates good food and great service, I can confidently say that Whataburger's locations across Texas are consistently impressive. However, there is one specific Whataburger, #813 on 15329 Wallisville Rd, that holds a special place in my heart: the one on Wallisville Road.
