“**Popeyes Drive-Thru Employee Review: Maria**
We frequent this Popeyes location often since it’s close to the office, but today was a standout experience thanks to Maria. She absolutely nailed our order—everything was correct, from the food to the drinks, and she even made sure we had napkins and everything else we needed. This is the first time we’ve had such a seamless experience here, and Maria deserves all the credit.
She mentioned she had been out for two months due to a medical procedure, but you’d never know it by how efficiently and professionally she handled everything. It’s clear Maria takes pride in her work, and it shows. Her excellent service made our visit pleasant and stress-free. Welcome back, Maria—you’re doing an amazing job! 👏“
“Quick stop for lunch on the way home after a busy morning. Went through the drive thru. Food was fresh & hot. Enjoyed two 3pc combos. Fries were Cajun seasoned. Bisquit was fluffy. Girl at window was friendly and helpful with our menu questions. Gave us plenty of napkins, condiments and straws.“
“Today I returned after a couple of months. I stopped coming because the young man who took care of me in the drive-through said I could not switch one breast for two legs and was very rude. Today the manager and the assistant managers were incredible. As I shared what happened because I had no trouble getting the switch today. Unfortunately, I forgot their names and all I remember is that they started with a D. Thank you for your excellent service ladies, we will return.“
“Lives the fact that our chicken was fresh an so was my mashed potatoes an gravy the service was great only reason why I'm giving it a 4 star is because there was no ice in the machine an the pip which I did sprite an strawberry tasted bad like it was running out or something but the Hawaiian Punch was off the chain loved that O an the tea wasn't sweet enough an tasted funny as well but otherwise it was great O an the biscuits tasted old as well but again other my chicken was fresh an my mashed potato that's the biggest deal breaker right there! An super expensive to have to point that out a two piece side drink an a piece of cake was 14 bucks I. Mean I did get a 3 piece side biscuit drink for 11.99 an I didn't even get to pick my pieces well they didn't ask they just assumed which is Koo why cause it was fresh so two breasts an a leg was fine!“
