The person taking orders in the drive-thru could not understand English. I wanted 6 boneless chicken wings, not spicy for $5.99. I got 6 wings with bones, one had no meat on it at all! the others were almost no meat. Plus she gave me 6 biscuits. Paid with credit card, charged me $16.82, no receipt. This is the one on Spring Cypress next to Discount Tire.
Third time order was wrong. At least they put me on a diet since this was my two piece chicken dinner
I ordered in the app to pick up at the drive thru, because the only choices in app are drive thru pick up or delivery. The app says "Drive up to the ordering screen and let us know you ordered online" it also says the pick up method is drive thru. I drove up to the ordering screen and did as instructed and was told I had to come inside to pick up my order, all online orders have to be picked up inside. Why tell me to pickup in the drive thru if I can't pick up at the drive thru....read full review
