Love it when I can swing by El Charro's in Sulphur Springs. I love the soft cheese dinner, and I start with Shredded chicken nachos. The staff are super kind and always remember me. The old booths are like stepping back in time.
One of my favorite places! Been eating the same entree (soft cheese enchiladas) for over 50 years. The same family still prepares the food.Sadly, El Charro is now open only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and until 9 p.m. on Saturday's.
this is the best restaurant ever and is a family tradition my mom went there throughout her childhood and now we always go and it's amazing. the workers are so friendly their and service is quick. it's not for everyone I will say, you either love it or hate no in-between. but I would totally reccomend it.
