Our trip to IHOP is a family tradition. We usually go after family fun time or around Christmas. This time was no exception. Our trip on Feb 18 had 9 people and 2 toddlers which is not an easy group to deal with. Our Server Clayton however was the best. He was professional and courteous. I had chicken fried steak and gravy with scrambled eggs, hash browns and pancakes. It was great. Way more than I could eat. Service was awesome. Our waitress made sure we well taken care of.I highly recommend.

IHOP has great food, but seems to possibly have staffing issues. I saw a family leave due to lack of service. A fellow call-in patron said she had been waiting for 20 minutes for her order. I have sympathy for a manager having issues getting good, reliable staff. At a visit several months earlier, the same staffing issues were there then. I'm not sure if it's wait staff or kitchen staff or even managerial. If you go for the delicious food, be prepared for a wait.
