It has gone down hill since it's grand opening which is so disappointing!! I loved McAllister's for many years... The salads were so fresh, but now there's aged pieces of lettuce (as shown in pic), and tomatoes... I took pictures so I could compare future salads in case I ever go back.
with my experience and reading the other reviews, I am concerned that this restaurant is headed down the same road others like KFC traveled. the young lady that took our order left a lot to be desired. told us soup was a side that came with our sandwich. did not mention it actually cost extra. she mumbled and didn't give us our drink.
