Terrible service. When they finally take your order, you pull to window to pay, then have to pull around front and wait for 2 jr. burgers for 15 minutes before you get your order. They take and complete one order from beginning to end at a time before they take the next customers order. Is there one one employee working OMG..
I understand being out of things but then hearing kitchen complain when I ordered something else ON THE MENU (mind you it was around 9:30 and I did order a LUNCH ITEM but it was listed on the BREAKFAST MENU.) Forgot to start the shake my brother ordered. But that is better than hearing kitchen brag about their "productivity" and complain about a "busy morning" with only like 4 people in the lobby (us) who only ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 orders of tater tots.

The service was not good. We sat at the counter with no one in front of us for a good 5 minutes before someone took our order and then, she was rude when she came to the counter. My husband's order was wrong. My chicken sandwich was cold. The only food that was good was the cheesy tots. We will not go back to this Burger King.
