“Staff is very friendly professional and cheerful. Food was fast but fresh and taste great. Playground was clean and I felt safe letting my 4 and 7yo grandkids play while I finished my meal with full view of the indoor playground from our table. I will definitely be back and suggest to others.“

“I stopped at this Carl’s Jr. last night and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. A young man named P.J. took my order, and he was outstanding. Very professional, courteous, and respectful — none of the attitude or frustration you sometimes see in fast food. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

Whether he stays in this line of work or moves on to something bigger, he’s definitely going places. He carries himself like someone who will end up in management or succeed in whatever career he chooses.

The rest of the crew was great too — the food was hot, made quickly, and the service was smooth. But P.J. really stood out and deserves recognition. Managers and owners should be proud to have someone like him on their team.

“This was not a typical fast food experience. The staff was super polite and attentive. The food was hot and delicious. I said “y'all are fast”, the lady at the window said “we really try”, I said, “I can tell”. The personnel here are impressive…I’ll be back.“

“The employees here are always extremely friendly and helpful. It’s not just that, they smile! It’s so rare in fast food with the typical pay and bad attitude customers. Tonight Jaime was extremely nice and friendly to us. Mark and Vaughn were working and seemed very nice also with their smiles and happy chatter.

The restaurant is fabulously vintage, but don’t let that scare you. It’s clean! Even when changing ice they wore gloves. The food is spot on and well made. Want small town vibe in a chain, visit this location west of downtown!“

“Always a generally pleasurable experience. Chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes, okra, how could you go wrong with that? I don't particularly care for the weight from the 5:00 hour to the 7:00 hour but it's generally worth it. The people that work there are very good. We eat there probably three times a month. If the weight wasn't so long we might eat there more.“

“My daughter and I came in for lunch (it’s her favorite place to eat) and we had the best experience! Brantli made our sandwiches and was so patient and attentive while my little girl was telling her what she wanted. All of the staff was and are always very respectful, professional and gave great customer service. In today’s world that’s very hard to find in fast food. If you were working here 7/17/25 around 1:30 pm, you deserve a high five. I received by far the BEST customer service at a fast food drive-thru that I’ve seen in a long time. Friendly staff, fresh food, well presented completely intact without spilling in the bag and without messy wrappers…that seems to be a unicorn in fast food these days. “I just swung by Papa John's in sulfur springs, Texas and while I waited for my pizza, the staff offered me a piece of their new pan pizza! First of all, great customer service and involving the customers in your decisions to improve your menu. But as a Chicago boy growing up on Gino's and Lou Mahlnati's Pizza, this pizza is dang good.“

“This is by far the best subway I have ever eaten at. I don’t know what it is about the manager, but I prefer her to make my sandwich. It always seems to be made with love. She is generally kind to every customer that comes in super welcoming and is by far the best thing that has happened to Subway. I live in Yantis and used to go to the subway over there because it’s closer to my house but one trip to the subway and this is now my favorite shop I drive all the way to Sulphur Springs just to eat here and it’s mainly because of Amanda. She is a great person. Don’t listen to the bad reviews because they are 100% wrong.“

“It would be nice if Panda would give you enough to eat for the price you pay. You can go to Broadway Bufftt and for the same price get all you want to eat. At Panda it's like getting samples of there food and have you noticed how much smaller there plats are and more shallow. I guess they think customer's doesn't notice. Panda you are a rip off and are loosing customer's.“
