“Usually the food is fairly good but most times there's something that isn't how I ordered it. I try to get a screen that shows your order and watch to make sure it is correct. Tonight was a bad night for hamburgers. The meat tasted old and the bacon cheeseburger didn't have any vegetables on it. We were very disappointed with our meal. At least the milkshake and Oreo Blast is perfect.“
“This dairy queen in Mt. Vernon is the best fast food to eat, keep trying other places but disappointed most of the time. I wouldn't care how long it took to get my food because it's hot and fresh.The only bad thing I would have to say is unsupervised teens acting too rowdy inside.“
“I had went the other day , and my tenders and wicked wings were stuffed in the same box , roll covered in spice my fries covered in spice , like they were just thrown in there . It didn’t look appealing to my eyes . I had asked this girl named lisete if she knew what was all that mess in there since it was my first time ever going , I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to look like that . she told me that it’s not supposed to look like that and she said she would pack it herself , and when she brought my food back it was all neatly packed , she didn’t want to tell me who packed the food so the person wouldn’t get in trouble but I did ask for her name because she insisted to pack my food even if it was busy . The afternoon crew needs quite a bit of customer skills aswell as owners to put some effort to ensuring the customers receive their receipts, machinery works aswell as your location stocked. Also to recognize Sandra, Carmen and Marlin with a raise for their dedication and excellent service.“
“Great food, was my first time and the tacos are pretty huge! Price was slightly steep, but what isn't nowadays. Recommend giving them a try! Service was awesome nice people! Also located in a beautiful truck stop called Duke's with lots of merchandise and a bbq restaurant as well!“
