This place is ok, but its not near as good as the one In longveiw, tx. For some reason the food isnt as well prepared or cooked. Still very good food tho compared to other places here in town.

My first time going to McALISTER’S deli and I was welcomed with the best costumer service team member Ms.Courtney she was a great help on what to decide to eat and even recommended this toffee cheesecake. She is truly a lovely person with an outstanding personality.

Just picked up my order and my pork nachos are dry, no sauce which makes the meal inedible (in a hotel room with no condiments). With no time to run back up. I opened the soup I ordered for tomorrow's lunch. The chicken tortilla soup is so thick it's like eating processed cheese. Sad, I won't be going back!

I stopped in to grab a bowl of soup on my lunch break and had to wait 19 minutes for my order. No sandwich, no drink, just a bowl of soup to go. Also noticed a dirty smell, which I’m assuming could possibly be coming from the booths where they had not been pulled out and deep cleaned in quite some time. It’s the same smell you get in older restaurants that have dirty carpet, but this McAllister’s does not have any carpet and it is all tile. Overall a pretty negative experience and will not be coming back to this one.
