Romas Italian Restaurant

The Chicken Parmesan was excellent—hot, flavorful, and covered in plenty of cheese and marinara. The seafood pasta was creamy and delicious, and our waitress was friendly, attentive, and did a great job throughout the meal.

Unfortunately, the calamari was hard, rubbery, and overcooked. To their credit, they apologized and offered us a complimentary dessert to make things right, which we appreciated. However, when I checked the dessert, it was past its expiration date, so we weren’t comfortable eating it. That was disappointing and overshadowed what could have been a nice recovery.

The atmosphere also felt tense. It seemed like the employees were walking on eggshells around the owner or manager on duty, and it was noticeable enough to affect the dining experience.

There are definitely some great things here—the Chicken Parmesan, seafood pasta, and our waitress were all highlights. I hope they improve the consistency of the food, pay closer attention to quality control, and create a more positive environment for both their staff and customers.

This is not the same ROMAS I remember. The parking lot needs work. The interior could use a serious upgrade. My dinner was a big let down. The bread sticks were barely toasted. When dinner came out it looked good but it was barely warm and I do mean just barely warm. They normally ask if you would like freshly grated parmesean cheese but this time they just dropped the meal off and left. Roman needs to get it together. They have seriously slipped in their cooking and service.

Roma's was some of the best Italian food I have ever had!! Please if you go then get the baked ziti because it is so amazing. I just wish I could go every day to get it. Also the bread is so good I could probably live off of it!! If I could give infinity stars i so would! I so recommend!!!

So I originally went to Romas about two years ago when I first moved to town, the food was greatly lacking back then. But I went again Last night for a date night and I was nicely surprised by the food. I ordered the pizza and my dates ordered the meat lovers pasta and the pasta combo. All three were amazing!!!! My pizza was the best I've ever had! And they do not skimp of the toppings or sauce! It was simply Perfect! Now we did also get alcohol based drinks and we're a bit disappointed in those and the desserts. The cannoli was just down right disgusting to the point we spit it out. The tiramisu was very nice and the Italian cream cake was ok but bland. I will definitely go back for the food but will skip the desserts and beverages.

One of the best steaks I have Ever eaten. Great service as well. If you are in Sulpher Springs TX, do yourself a favor and go there.

We came here to for work and we decided to try instead of have fast food, and we ordered a carbonara and a crab with shrimp pasta but the amount of food it was low, and if I said not even a kid can be full with that amount I’m not joking

I never got my entree. I received my appetizer, but no meal..Was told kitchen burnt my pasta combo and would have to redo it .Host not waitress delivered lunch in a Togo bag. SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. we were 1 of 2 tables from 12 til 1.

Excellent place for dinner. I was with a large crowd and the service was great. The food was fantastic! I had the Calzone, it was huge and very tasty!

Well if you like maranara sauce on your philly cheesesteak and warm water then I recommend this place. Other than that, place sucks and make sure to look at pictures for added unwanted ingredients not listed.

Holy crap where do I even begin? This place is one of the best Italian places I’ve been to. I ordered the pizza with pepperoni and bacon that was the best decision of my life. The moment you bite into the crunchy crust you taste the sweetness of the tomato sauce and the savory flavor of the bacon and pepperoni. I highly recommend this place for anyone. 10/10!!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience! I have been there before several years ago & it was good but tonight not so much. First started off with a roach in my glass of tea - that should have been our first clue to leave but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Calamari was like chewing rubber or a piece of boot leather! The pieces were too big & left a horrible taste in our mouths! I have always had it cut in very thin strips at other places & was delicious! The drinks were definitely substandard! The rest of the food was ok compared to how it started out which isn’t saying much! Was very disappointed that we had a disappointing dinner experience!!!
