“My family loves Basil cafe! Typically Asian restaurants are not as known for their services. But every time we visit Basil cafe, we are impressed by them. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. Then it is the food. My kids love Ramens from Basil cafe, they are delicious. My husband and I love they have a large selection of food choices. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a young man who not only welcomed us but also took the time to explain the menu and walk us through everything since it was our first visit. He then promptly jumped into action—cleaning tables and helping out in the kitchen, which showed real dedication.

Vandy rang us up at the register and was just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and full of energy. She explained the rewards program with a bright smile and made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers.

The food was served quickly, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious!

“Zizi serves the best ramen I’ve ever tasted. I had a chance to try the Tonkatsu at Zizi food stand inside Cali Saigon mall as they are hosting night market during this weekend. They probably served only one kind of ramen at the market. But omg the broth was heavenly flavorful. It tasted just right, rich, and not too salty like many ramen places I’ve tried. Too much sodium is not good for your health and imagine that’s soup so it packs a lot of sodium. I rarely write reviews but this one is definitely worth it. Would like to try other dishes they serve at the restaurant. No picture as my toddler could not wait and ate half of my bowl😂“
