I had to write a review based on the behind the scenes customer service I saw two nights ago. There was someone oblivious in the mobile order line who took long enough to order that management inside the restaurant recognized them and started looking out the door. I was pissed originally as this person who needs to learn social awareness held everyone up 5-10 minutes, but as I left I was really taken back by the dedication of the management team who showed pride in keeping standards...
I seldom give 5 stars but Founder S. Truett Cathy was a genius restaurant entrepreneur. His family has maintained that same excellent quality of food and service. His love for God and family is yet on display at every Chick-fil-a that I have dined.
I normally just go to drive thru, but a week ago I decided to randomly eat inside this Chick-fil-A. It was very clean and organized. I rarely eat inside fast food places, so I was impressed. No complaints at all.
