Two patties of flavorful tenderised beef with cream gravy on the side. Mashed potatoes with a dollop of butter melting on top. Breaded whole young okra fried to perfection and a garden salad with dressing on the side. The server thought the serving of okra was too small, so he brought more unbidden at no cost.Parking: Parking on three sides of the stand alone restaurant.

Usually very pleased with this place. Tonight was a different story. Food was still excellent. Service was really lacking. Sat in the bar area. It took what seemed like forever for the bartender/waiter to come to my table. My drink was late and not very good. He never asked if my drink was ok. We stopped in here for lunch recently and I enjoyed both a Caesar Salad and a surprisingly good ribeye sandwich. The seasoning on the sandwich was savory with a nice touch of heat, and the home sauce was good. I also enjoyed a very hearty loaded potato.Tip: The interior of this location is very clean and comfortableService was fast and friendly, the prices were reasonable, and our server never let our glasses get empty :-)
