“Everything was so good! We had brisket and it was delicious, so were all the sides. Great place, will definitely be back!”

“Fantastic food!! We have been a few times now and it has been great each time. We have tried a variety of menu items and each has been delicious. The ribs fall off the bone and the pork chops can be cut with a spoon. No teeth needed for this bbq 😂 Highly recommend for a delicious meal!!”

“Best place to eat in Bowie. Outstanding all you can eat food bar (buffet) with desert. This is hearty American country food. They do have a menu if you're not looking for a buffet. Open from 6am to 3pm Monday-Saturday.”

“Spicy Mexico has amazing Mexican food and their staff are so professional. Eduardo went the extra mile to help us use our gift certificate and Carla was such a joy and gracious server. Everything was delicious!!!”

“Myself and some friends are on a cross country trip and ended up being stuck in this little town for part of an afternoon and went to pick up lunch at the closest place. We all agree that our burgers were in the top 5 burgers we’ve ever had. Absolutely amazing. The owner was working the window and was super friendly and even gave us a couple pies as is their tradition for a first time visitor. I hope to find an excuse to one day venture the 1759 miles from my house to Bowie, Texas, just to have one of these burgers again.”

“The best Mexican food I’ve had in a long, long time. Definitely the best in Bowie and the surrounding area. The food tastes very fresh and every bit as good as the lovely presentation. They don’t throw everything together on one plate. Great atmosphere. Great service. Comparable prices.”

“Great food, large servings with friendly service. One of the few places that can make a good club sandwich and the homemade potato chips are awesome!”

“So delicious. 5 stars ⭐️ Favorite!!😍 😋”

“Drove by this place and then decided to come back for some ice cream and a burger. Great service, everyone was very friendly! Portions were very good sized, not a tiny fast food burger by any means. Home fries were delicious. Topped off with an ice cream for the perfect combo. Very reasonable prices and the food tastes amazing. I’ll come back again next time I’m in town for sure!”

“This winery has been here over 20 years. We love visiting the owner Ann and they have great wines. They have the best Sangiovese! If you want to go on a short drive please go visit Ann!”

“15 of our car club descended on this little cafe at once and the lady was working it by herself. She got everyone fed with big juicy burgers. Come hungry!”

“Great little gem of a restaurant! Sandwiches, soups, quiche and more ....all delicious!”

“We always love the cakes we get from here! We ordered a custom s’mores cake this weekend for a birthday party. This was hands down the best cake we have ever had! Everyone at the party raved about how great the cake was and asked where we got it. It was the perfect spot between sweet but not overly sweet. This particular cake will definitely be a reorder for us for future birthdays and for just cause days! Thank you so much!”

“Awesome Thursday burger!!”

“every single time I pass through Bowie I stop at this Chicken Express. the food is always amazing like fresh tasting and absolutely delicious. which is amazing for this location but a pain in my rear whenever I head back down to West Texas or head up into Oklahoma and I try and stop it one of the other locations and the quality is nowhere close. whoever owns this place the love of God please go teach the other owners how to run their business I'm begging you.”

“This place should be packed everyday. Everything I have ordered has been fantastic! Cooked to perfection, freshest veggies, great portions.”

“They were good to us. They were friendly too.”

“I’m shouting out this amazing restaurant that I have visited for over 22 years!! Joel and his staff are awesome. The food is the best, and I feel like they are forever trying to accommodate the fast growing community!”

“Great Food with a small town environment”

“They weren’t open so we weren’t able to try their lemonade, but still the experience of a lifetime. The only reason i gave them five stars was because google wont let me give them 10. Highlight of my day!”

“Love the food at Donut and Deli. From the morning donuts to the Asian dinners, everything is fresh and delish. Like another review mentioned, Bowie had needed an Asian food restaurant for a long time and Donut and Deli does not disappoint. You'll be greeted with a welcoming smile and served with appreciation. The food is great! Go eat there! Support this awesome local restaurant!”

“Great place located downtown of bowie. We come here with our grandchildren and the staff are really great with our young kiddos. My opinion its the best pizza in town and really big portioned pastas we always have leftovers. The kids are obsessed with their Nutella pizza so we make sure to get one everytime we come. They play great music as well. I highly recommend trying this place you won't be disappointed.”

“I wanted soup, but wasn't sure about chicken tortilla. The server suggested that it was really, really good. She was right!!! The staff and service at this location is always great!!”

“Disappointed in our to go order we picked up today. Ordered kids cheeseburger and 2 onion strings appetizers which was $25 and some change. Get order home and opened the 2 onion strings only to find that there was the smallest portion of onion strings in each order for an appetizer. These are supposed to be appetizers and there wasn't even enough for a side. Was charged basically $18 for these.Called and talked to Mia who was helpful and said she would contact the manager. I took a picture of order as soon as we opened. Called back to be informed that if we brought the food back in would be the only way to receive a refund despite having a picture. We live 20 minutes from The Rack so not just a quick trip back. Over charged and shorted on order but I should bring it back. Don't think we will order from here again.”

“Helpful staff. Yesterday (1-28-24) my husband was at the Sonic Bowie location. His vehicle wouldn’t start…. a male staff person noticed and offered to help ‘jumpstart’ his vehicle. (It was around noon and we think his name was Josh). Kiddos to Josh!”

“Worst restaurant in Bowie. Avoid at all costs. Used to spend $20-50 every week here. For 2 years, closed every time I go. Learned this is b/c owner refuses to pay minimum wage or work there. Tried for last time today, found sign taped to window saying they're closed after 4pm.”

“I want to thank all of yall at the Bowie Dairy Queen for the best service and the smiles yall had even as busy as yall were. I wish we could relocate all of you to the one in jacksboro. the food was excellent and again the service was wonderful. Thanks again”

“These guys are friendly, happy to accommodate requests and substitutions, I go through the drive thru multiple times in a row when I go, just for the experience!”
