“I have "heard" bad things about the staff. Word of mouth goes pretty far around our area. I stopped in to grab some lunch for my husband, and I must say I think it is a hit and miss. I had wonderful women take care of my me. I am a chatter, and they kept up. I would not go on word of mouth on this. Try for yourself before you can pass a judgement about the staff.“

“This Dairy Queen is the best one in this county. I mean the food was very fresh and hot. The people are very friendly and professional. I'm willing to bypass the one in Angleton just to get to the one in West Columbia. That's saying a lot because I stay in Freeport. Any time we want Dairy Queen, we WILL make that drive to West Columbia. Well worth it.“

“Ate here for the first time.. really enjoyed the foot-long sub.. do believe it's overpriced but with the coupons they have going on right now.. its pretty affordable and enjoyable..

Parking: The parking is beyond terrible.. probably only 5 spots in the front, but it's very difficult to back out being so close to the intersection.. there's maybe 8 spots on the left side of the building. Again, it is very easy to pass due to the fact that you're going through an intersection, and trying to leave could be difficult if there's traffic..“

“I ordered on my iphone sonic app. It’s easy and usually ready by the time I get there and check in. Now you can even tip on the app which I’ve been asking for since I don’t carry cash with me. The employees are always friendly and seem to like their jobs unlike some Sonics in houston. I use the app a lot cause it gives me special deals or rewards.“
