“Came in, ladies were hustling straight through the first minutes of rush hour lunchtime. Right at 12. These ladies didn't skip a beat! From online orders, to drive thru orders, to my marinara- drenched teriyaki footling with extra cheese and right into the lunch hour walk-ins. Nonstop, well oiled machine! Great job ladies!“
“It was fine but I only got a drink. Not a fancy one, just Dr. Pepper Xtra ice. This was the 2nd time I went and their pay at the screen thing didn't work. I don't like giving my card to the attendant who then takes it away from me for a few minutes. My fault for not carrying cash.Vegetarian options: None“
“Pizza and wings were hot and fresh and as I remembered Pizza Hut to be once upon a time. We had a pickup up order 12 PM so that may be why. Still it was a great difference in food quality from bay city’s location. But like BC service could be better. The guy that helped at the window seemed agitated as soon as the window opened. Everyone seems so cranky and moody working at Pizza Hut in these towns lol what’s going on?“

“UPDATE: Im changing our rating from 2 stars to 4. After reaching out to management about our visit, they responded extremely fast wanting to make it right. We weren't looking for free food but just wanting to make management aware so they can address the situation. We appreciate the response and letting us know that our bussiness is appreciated.We passed through and ate 10/4/2020. They service was fast the employee working the drive through wasnt very friendly. They were out of orange fanta pennies and the shake machine was down. The food was fresh but no sauce with the mini tacos or variety box. Asked for ketchup and she said it was in the bag...they gave us 3 packs of ketchup for 4 orders ofcurly fries.“
“BJ , manager was unpolished.. ? He was pushing trash down in container and continued to make an ice cream cone afterwards. He didn't wash his hands. A gal made a strawberry sundae. It was All vanilla ice cream. Hardly any strawberry anything. I refused to accept it and got my money back. I told her I didn't want a vanilla ice cream in a cup. ??♀️ I won't trade there anymore. ? “The food is great, the drive-thru workers are friendly, requests are listened to, customer service is always great.People leaving ugly comments/nasty reviews just haven't bothered to remember to remain patient and as polite as they expect the workers/management to always be. This is a new business, people are being trained daily during peak hours, and when they first opened they did have lines wrapping around the building because the entire town being intrigued by new food options decided to swamp the place. Every time I have ever been there, the staff has always been very good at doing their jobs/being very friendly while dealing with a non-stop workload. Wait time is about normal for any kind of food service, their hours have been updated according to how much their business has been consistently rising, inside dining will be available soon, and if they did/do have cones/tape/or vehicles anywhere to help establish they are closed; it's because some people had taken advantage of the great customer service already by not respecting the hours of service which were posted on a sign out front. Overall, the negative comments/reviews are unnecessary and if you ever drive by it, this business is clearly doing very well for itself.“
“I would have given 5 stars on the food but we ordered no onion and got onion anyways . No big deal but this location gets slammed a lot and hold down the fort considering they are right off the interstate.Employees are always friendly and we enjoy this place once in a while“
“I usually stop here for my gizards, because I'm the only one in my family that likes them. Today I went and I asked to have them not so hot and that they can probably just get them off of the buffet. The lady checking me out said no ma'am, we will make them fresh for you. I really appreciate her kindness and wanting to make my food fresh. See you next time I'm in Wharton for my gizzard fix.“
