“I'm greeted every time I go in. Most, but not all employees are courteous. I pretty much get the same thing everytime I go. There is a young man working there mostly during the day that has a crappy attitude and will be sarcastic to customers.“

Yes some times people are overwhelmed and seem grumpy, but please put yourself in there shoes.
