Waited 15 minutes behind a car at the window, went inside to get our order that was ready and cooling off in a bag on the counter, found out we didn't get our second order of cheese bread sticks. Still haven't received our credit
The staff at this Pizza Hut is amazing. I have been there for the lunch buffet and the service is great. I had a group of people eat there on Thursday Dec 22nd. We changed the order from to go, to eat in store. Drink order was taken and delivered quickly and with a smile. The entire staff was awesome. I don't normally write reviews, but this Pizza Hut could train other places on how to treat customers. Pizza and wings were hot and fresh and as I remembered Pizza Hut to be once upon a time. We had a pickup up order 12 PM so that may be why. Still it was a great difference in food quality from bay city’s location. But like BC service could be better. The guy that helped at the window seemed agitated as soon as the window opened. Everyone seems so cranky and moody working at Pizza Hut in these towns lol what’s going on?
