Hinze's Bar-B-Que is a pretty small local BBQ joint. The food is decent and it's affordable. It's not the best BBQ I've had (having traveled all over Texas and most of the southern United States) but it's certainly not bad at all. I had the brisket, sausage, green beans, and Mac n' cheese. I think that's a pretty decent spread to be able to judge based on. This place!!! I live in Lubbock and thinking about driving back to Wharton, TX just for the BBQ and chocolate pie. Man it was so good. If you are in Wharton Tx, this place is a MUST!!!The GUARDIAN Guys

Food was a little dry service was agreeable but the building diner room was a bit cold passable to be better with a little more meat on the sandwich an overall of food rate I will say 6.
