Heard a lot about this place from coworkers. We went today 8/12/2025 11:00AM. I ordered the special, Chicken Fried Steak w/2 sides. Steak breaded nicely thank god that is all I ate. 7 bites and I had enough of trying to eat the meat. Meat was tougher than Bull Hide. Fries and mash potato's were great. Had lunch here Friday as part of a group of 11. We called ahead and they had a table ready for us when we arrived. I don't know our server's name, but she was fantastic and the service was very quick. The fried pickles were great -- nice and crispy with just a little kick to them. I had the fried fish plate with green beans and mashed potatoes. Thin pieces of fish breaded with crispy cornmeal. Just like the fish I grew up eating in South Mississippi. Delicious! I loved...

I just found this gem. The steak is FANTASTIC AND MELT IN YOUR MOUTH tender. I am looking forward to lunch for the fried chicken I have heard about. My friends and I have decided we will go often.
