Terrible customer service. Employee walked away from register after watching us walk in and we stood there for several minutes until someone else walked up, ignored everyone in line, and was talking to drive-thru customers. Every time we come here it takes far too long…the place is always dirty, and customers are treated as if they are a burden to the employees.. will never come back. Slowest service in the drive thru that I have ever experienced. And it’s EVERY time. Todays wait has been 50 minutes so far. Then the orders are usually incorrect. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Excessive waits for incorrect orders (Taylor location). Waited 35 minutes, inside, for three sandwiches. Screwed up one (have never gotten order right since 2019 which is why I rarely go there). The concept of a dry sandwich is too much for them apparently. Also received no receipt as the tall skinny, manager with glasses removed entire receipt roll during order. Looks like they got me again for a $6 sandwich in the trash. NEVER AGAIN. Terrible customer service. As I left, folks...read full review
