We live in the Dallas Ft. Worth area and we're on the way to Huntsville. We stopped here and absolutely everything was AMAZING. Some of the best burgers we have ever had. It literally is fresh made when you order. We will be back.

This was our first time visiting and eating here. My mom got the 2 piece fried fish plate with the hand cut fries and bottle caps (fried sliced jalapeños) as her sides. She said everything was fantastic. The fish was fresh, hot, and very tasty. The fries and bottle caps were excellent. I ordered the Brisket Waffle Fries. I can't say enough about how tender and tasty the brisket was, and the ratio of toppings to the waffle fries was right-on! There was BBQ sauce, cheese, onions (I omitted the pickles), and, of course, BRISKET, which made the combination perfect for me. I will be back, and I will recommend this wonderful place to others. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, too.

You have to tell the mortgage company to wait a second. Because the only thing that will ever matter is that spicy philly. Large. You didn't even know you had feelings for it. Then it was gone. And now you are standing on the side of 84 trying to get another one. Just one more and I'll be ok I promise

It's not often you find a family owned place that has good food, good service and good atmosphere but CoS hit the mark on all three. The food was hot fresh and even the fries had fantastic flavor. The people were great and attentive. It's an absolute fantastic place that you just have to stop at. I'll be back everytime I come through the area.

I literally just stopped and got a Scruggy burger 15 minutes ago. I couldn't reach my phone fast enough to Slam the 5 star botton!!! BEST BURGER I EVER ATE IN MY LIFE. Dallas you won't be able to replicate this. Don't try. But come out here and eat when you can alright..
